Description
The ideal applicant must have at least 5 years of HR operational experience, preferably in the construction industry. This person will provide expert people advice and shares knowledge on all HR / people related policies, practices, processes, and issues in alignment with the BCEA, LRA, Skills act and Employment Equity Act.

Key Performance Areas
- Implement and guide staff on all standardised Human Resources practices and processes
- Implement and guide staff on all BCEA, LRA, Skills Development and EE Matters
- Payroll Administration
- Execute Employment equity and BBBEE deliverables
- Responsible for all HR related activities in recruitment, employee benefits, onboarding, training, performance management, industrial relations and terminations
- Management of HR administration and, reporting and HR System management
Recognised degree or diploma in the Human Resources field
Years of Experience
- 5 years of general HR Operations
- 3 years BBBEE, WSP/ATR, and EE
- 3 years of industrial relations and recruitment experience
