Job Purpose:
To successfully implement the HR strategy of Iemas on departmental level by applying leading edge HR practices and technology to the benefit of the department and Iemas Financial Services.
Qualifications:
Grade 12/Matric
Post-school qualification in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Code 08 drivers license
Knowledge and Skills:
Technical knowledge of human resources practices
Knowledge and understanding of CCMA rules and processes
Strong relationship building skills
