Our client in the HR Consulting services is looking for an established sales and marketing professional with a background in Human Resources and Telesales.
Job responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing, new business development and setting up appointments for the operational team of consultants.
- Reach a monthly business expansion and sales target;
- Identify prospects by cold calling;
- Building and qualifying prospect list;
- Social Media and other forms of marketing;
- Sales activities ensuring sales targets are reached;
- Identify competitor activities - competitive intelligence;
- Setting up meetings for operational team;
- Ensure sales are reached in Pretoria and surrounding areas;
- Analyses the sales of each client per month to identify specific need;
- Ensure communication between both parties (clients and operational team);
- Discuss all queries with servicing team;
- Audits and servicing of all new clients to be done;
- Administration;
- Filing;
- Assisting operational team when necessary.
Job requirements:
- Microsoft office competent;
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills;
- At least 2 years of sales/telesales experience;
- Ability to hard sell a service;
- Proven track record in service selling
- Grade 12;
