Job Description:
This is a multifaceted role that combines both the skills of Human resources management and Facilitator management at Aurik. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's human capital strategies along with managing our external facilitator teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company's goals and values.
Capacity Planning: Ensure we have the right team of facilitators at all times by proactively managing capacity and skills availability.
Facilitator Management: Lead the charge in enhancing our Facilitator practices, ensuring our policies are up to date, and creating a healthy and productive work environment.
Talent Acquisition: Be the driving force behind finding and nurturing the best talent for our offering.
Training Planning: Co-ordinate the timing of training and go-to-market readiness of the facilitators.
Accreditation Management: Keep our facilitators well-trained and accredited, maintaining the gold standard.
Performance Management: Help us reach new heights by keeping our team aligned with their contractual obligations and continuously improving their performance.
Relationship Management: Build strong connections with facilitators, internal departments, stakeholders, and licensees.
Coaching and Mentoring: Make a difference in our team's development, guiding them toward excellence.
Contract Termination and Exit Management: Manage the process with finesse, minimizing risks
Training: Lead training sessions, share your knowledge, and help our facilitators shine
Reporting: Drive insights and progress through robust management reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with finesse.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
A collaborative and proactive mindset
