To support a holistic human resources business and employee enablement service utilising human resources tools and services to facilitate a positive, sustainable employee experience within a value-based culture.

Facilitate Human Resources Service Delivery
Enable talent management
Support workforce and remuneration management
Coordinate employee wellness and engagement initiatives and related events
Enable transformation through fair HR practice

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Diploma in Human Resources

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years generalist experience in Human Resources or related environment
