The HR Graduate will learn and be accountable for
Benefits Administration
- Interface between employees and benefits administrators/ brokers, submit applicable forms
- Medical aid new joiners, transfer, changes etc.
- Provident Fund New Joiners, withdrawal forms for normal and retirement, disability administration and funeral
- Minutes of Employment Equity Forum, committee composition and replacement of committee members, EEA4 and EEA2 report submission
- Workplace Skills Plan submission
- Collate all training records
- New hire input, changes and updates for employees
- Termination of employees
- Induction
- Leave reports for Finance quarterly report, HR portal updates, systems support.
- Ensure all documents are filed for employees
- HR Admin Personnel files, Management of archives, typing of contracts and presentations
- Purchase Order creation for the department
- Travel arrangement for the team
- Diary management and adhoc support
- Special Projects
- Undergraduate degree, post grad qualification would be an advantage
- Ideally some exposure to Human Resources
