Permanent position for a well qualified and seasoned HR Executive Manager/ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) Specialist for a leading mining client in Johannesburg.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree / Equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years mining experience in senior HR Management.
- Experience in ESG (Environment Social Governance)
- Must have operated on board level to qualify
- Lead advice company board on all HR related matters.
- Be able to communicate with executives and all employees.
