If You Have The
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Education, Organizational Development). Masters degree is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and best practices in training and development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technology.
