About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to play a pivotal role in partnering with diverse business stakeholders. In this key position, you will provide expert guidance and deliver impactful HR interventions across all facets of our operations. Your focus will be on implementing HR strategies that align closely with our business objectives, acting as a dedicated HR Business Partner to a defined business group. What You Will Bring
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as HRM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Sage People a recommendation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A deep understanding of business operations and awareness of commercial trends and opportunities.
  • Strong teamwork skills enabling seamless collaboration with other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Proven abilities in people management and leadership, essential for guiding and inspiring teams to achieve success.
  • Strong analytical skills, generating insightful reports and deriving actionable recommendations.
  • Conflict resolutions skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions to drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Consultation and guidance to business partners, including addressing complex employee relations including performance management, grievances, disciplinary processes and CCMA cases.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, by creating career development paths and succession plans. Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and provide targeted development opportunities.
  • Work in collaboration with the HR lead to identify and support training needs across portfolios.
  • Support performance management by integrating training outcomes into the performance management framework. Offer expert guidance on performance improvement plans and support managers in addressing performance gaps. Provide training and support as required.
  • Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure we appoint top talent. Offer administrative support to the team during peak times, including background screening.
  • Foster a supportive environment to build morale, boost productivity, and enhance employee retention.
  • Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with Business Partners.
  • Make informed decisions that drive optimal outcomes and strategically contribute to the success of the business.
  • Collaborate closely with management and employees to cultivate positive work relationships.
