Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to attract top talent.
- Implement innovative recruiting strategies to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and respectful work environment.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions when necessary.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers on performance reviews and goal setting.
- Identify training and development needs, and collaborate with training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with Labour Laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
- Manage employee documentation and record-keeping, including personnel files, benefits, and payroll.
- HR Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
- Implement innovative HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
