- 5 years experience minimum in general HR
- Payroll Psiber - would be of massive advantage
- Must be able to manage payroll in full, 800 staff.
- Payroll has 80 Cost centers.
- Must be strong on IR and representation at CCMA
- PRP Time and attendance knowledge would be huge advantage.
- Must be strong on excel
- Able to write and communicated with the company and high level management
- Fully MS Office literate
- 3 Administrative Assistants reporting to him/her
- Working hours Monday to Friday with additional time where and when needed
- Deadline driven
- Will report to National Ops manager
- Experience in recruitment
- Able to calculate worked hours and align with salary and payroll budgets
- Develop and write company policies and procedures as and when needed or in discussions with operations.
