What you will be doing : (Reporting directly to the Exec)
- To strategically direct and supervise the attraction, retention, reward and performance management of human capital;
- To strategically direct and supervise the establishment of an effective learning culture and knowledge management
- To strategically direct and supervise the establishment and maintenance of healthy employee relations and employee engagement
- Provide advice the executive on strategic human capital management, development and engagement matters and to represent the client in relevant forums;
- To direct and manage strategic and business planning and budgeting for the division and monitor and report on the implementation of the business plan, budget and related projects;
- Ensure adherence to human resource, financial and administrative strategies, policies and procedures in the division;
- To ensure the proper administration, governance and risk management of the division.
