An established FMCG Manufacturing brand has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, qualified HR Officer in Durban. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual with excellent organisational and people skills. The successful candidate will have a tertiary (diploma or degree) HR qualification, 3+ years experience and strong HR/IR experience.

A valid drivers licence is essential.

Duties in this role include: the full recruitment process, coordinating training and development, handling CCMA cases up to Arbitration amd managing employee relations.
