- Ensures that all personnel records are kept up to date and filed accordingly.
- Compile and submit Employment Equity Reports, Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports and apply for Discretionary Grants at FP&M Seta.
- Maintain and strengthen Labour Relations
- Promote adherence to the company policies and procedures
- Manage and reporting of Absenteeism.
- Maintains and updates the Jarrison Access and Time and Attendance System
- Attend and record proceedings of Disciplinary Hearings and Counseling Sessions to ensure that proceedings are fair and correct.
- Process Provident Fund Claims i.e. Withdrawals, Retirements, Death and Disability Claims.
- Identify, attract and select the right people for the company with the right skills attitudes
- Monthly updating and checking authorization of O/T hours from exception reports.
- Accurate input of hours into payroll system.
- 3rd Party payments (SARS, Garnishees, Union Memberships, Maintenance, Traffic Fines, etc.)
- Compiling and submitting Payroll Journals timeously
- Identify skills gap & training needs together with heads of departments.
- Coordinate/arrange training as identified.
- Maintains and updates Workplace Skills Plan.
- Coordinate Learnership Training between Company, Learner and Training Provider.
- Ensure that the Company complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate the Annual BBBEE Audit
- Submit the Annual ROE

- Grade 12
- Tertiary HR qualification
- 5 Years Sage VIP experience (Non-negotiable)
