Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Completed qualification in Human resources or related field
- Minimum 5 Years experience experience in a similar role
- Exposure to Labour law and employment equity regulations
- Exposure to payroll systems and practises
- Training and development and talent optimization
- All human resource administration
- Performance management Implementation
- Recruitment and Selection
- Labour and employee relations
- Compliance with Hr related legislation
- Induction programme implementation
- Assist management in all HR related duties
