- Drive the 2025 HR Services transformation roadmap
- Co-defining the transformation of the HR Operations function to be fit-for- future and support the business to become a leading Technology Company
- Delivery of radical simplified HR processes to drive optimization
- Identify & analyse opportunities for automation, then execute the development of HR process automation.
- Drive the implementation of the latest and best in class digital HR Operations processes, technology and operating models to ensure a consistent digital employee experience across the group.
- Drive minimum standards to accelerate Brilliant Basics in HRS across the group.
- Drive synergy, optimization and efficiency across the Africa markets.
- Ensure that the applicable standards, policies, frameworks and guidelines that governs HR Operations activity across the organization to guarantee an exceptional digital employee experience are in place and adhered to. Alignment to global processes and best practice.
- Deliver the Business Case for Consolidation of Payroll across Africa markets.
- Accelerate synergy creation, share service implementation through the consolidation of Payroll functions across Africa.
- Identify and deliver on opportunities for operational efficiencies, continuous process improvement, data integrity and operational effectiveness within the Payroll Functions across Africa
- Drive Payroll consolidation project subject to approval of the business case
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Must have a 3 year degree / diploma or equivalent (HR preferable)
- 5-8 years experience in HR Services at a senior level required.
- Good business acumen.
