Main purpose of the role
The role of the Human Resources Graduate is to support the HR Team in the day-to-day HR activities in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities And Duties
The main missions of the role are:
- Assist the HR team in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations.
- Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.
- Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
- Ensure that the organization complies with labour laws.
- Participate in Plant HR Activities
- Represent HR at the daily Plant Top 5 if required
- Assume responsibility for assigned FES chapters
- Answer employee queries related to payroll
- Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or other relevant tertiary qualification with a specialisation in HR
Experience
Strong willingness to learn IR/ Employee relations
Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office (advantageous)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum Bi-lingual (English Required)
