Qualifications
- IT Diploma or IT Degree
- A+, Network+
- CCNA (Advantageous)
- Security+ (Advantageous)
- MCSA/Azure(Advantageous)
- VMWare/Nutanix (Advantageous)
- Intermediate/Advanced Servicedesk/Helpdesk and Application Support (>2 years)
- Desktop Support (Laptop, Desktop, Printers, Networks, Applications) (>2 years)
- Intermediate Server(Server 2016/2019/2022) (>2 years)
- Network Support (Switch configuration, TCP/IP Troubleshooting, Lan/Wan Configuration) (>2 years)
- Multifunctional Printer support (>2 years)
- Cybersecurity (Antivirus, Patching, Email Protection) (>2 years)
- VoIP support (>2 years)
- Nutanix/VMWare (Advantage)
- Backup and Disaster Recovery (>1 year)
- Cloud services (Advantage) Office 365/ ManageEngine
- WIFI (AP, Controller)
- Antivirus and Patching of Endpoints, Servers, AP, Switches, Mobiles.
- Email Protection.
- Attend Service desk calls and close in the SLA timeframe.
- Cloud support to end-users (i.e. Office 365/ Google, Email Security).
- Maintain support Network cabling and switching companywide.
- Assist with All printers/Plotters companywide and provide necessary reports.
- Maintain SDWan, Wan, and Lan environment.
- Provide Router, Microwave, and Wan support/maintenance when required.
- Assist with site office planning and setup.
- Initiate and liaise with 3rd party vendors for hardware and software support.
- Providing end-user training and induction where necessary.
- Noc dashboard monitoring and call logging.
- Assist ICT technician with IT hardware assets.
- Provide reports to the manager as and when requested.
- Comply with IT support scheduled timeframes.
- Assist with VoIP issues when required.
- Provide Offsite Data center support when required.
- Assist with Server related setup/management/maintenance.
- Assist ICT Manager with Site initiation and planning.
- Assist with DR testing recorded -quarterly.
