Responsibilities
- Imports Coordination:
- Oversee the end-to-end import process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to facilitate the import of goods.
- Prepare and maintain all import documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs forms.
- Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on shipment statuses.
- Monitor and manage import costs and expenses, striving for cost efficiency.
- Compliance and Regulations: 6. Ensure compliance with all import regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in import laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to processes.
- Assist in obtaining and managing import licenses and permits.
- Inventory Management: 9. Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist in managing the arrival and placement of imported goods in the warehouse.
- Record Keeping: 11. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of import-related documents.
- Prepare reports on import activities, expenses, and compliance for management.
- Import Expertise: Proficiency in import procedures, documentation, and customs regulations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers, forwarders, and customs agents.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in import administration, preferably in a similar industry.
- Familiarity with import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade agreements.
- Proficiency in using import-related software and systems.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office applications.
