Were looking for an experienced software support candidate. Must have a strong Office 365 background, advanced skills in MS Word, and be able to quickly learn new software applications.
Responsibilities will include providing first tier support to end-users via phone, email and helpdesk.
Must have strong communication skills, be able to troubleshoot problems, and have a good understanding of how software works.
Education
The primary goal is to help users resolve software problems and queries quickly and effectively. This role is aimed specifically at software application support EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced MS Word skills - expert level of MS Word
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Very good understanding of Office 365 products
- Strong knowledge of IT
- iManage skills advantageous
- Training/trainer experience advantageous
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk capacity (non-negotiable requirement)
