We are seeking inbound call centre agents to perform duties in both outgoing and incoming calls. successful should understand customer service and have the passion for people. Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.

Grade 11 and 12; excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt easily to new environments. No experience is needed as training is offered for a week.
