CALLING AN INBOUND CALL CENTRE AGENT WITH 6-12 MONTHS UNBROKEN INBOUND CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric/Grade 12 ( National Senior Matric Certificate) No equivalents will be accepted
- Clear ITC
- Clear Criminal Record
- RSA cistizenship
- Must have 12 months unbroken experience in either one of these field- INBOUND CALL CENTRE purely customer service, high end retail stores, hospitality or banking experience
- Experience in dealing with UK customers will be an advantage when applying for this position
- All applicants must have a clear,fluent and neutral accent when applying for this position as accent, pitch and tone will be assessed for this position
- All applicants must be able to work a rotational shift.
- Salary is dependent on experience, however salary start off is R6000
- Transport is provided, shift allowance is part of the package, medical aid provided, provident fund provided + weekend hero bonus + performance incentives
