Your Role

• Manage purchasing activities within Symrise
• Ensure order management in SAP R 3 is done and accurately
• Discuss deliveries with suppliers where possible
• Arrange and interact with other service providers (freight)
• Delivery adjustments and updates on changes in SAP R3
• Performance management of the department and progress of achieving KPI's
• Co-ordination with related functions (Order Management, Warehouse, Quality
• Management, Planning, Customer Services)
• Reports regarding performance OTD, track and trace, VL10 outbound from
• Germany
• Communicate deliveries with the warehouse, ensure documentation submission
• Ensure GRN's are processed correctly based on Vendor Evaluation certificate

• Supplier Non-Conformances
• Negotiating/Communicating with internal stakeholders
• Sample and Free of charge order processing
• Extending product codes in SAP

About You

• Grade 12
• Procurement/Logistics/Supply Chain qualification
• 3 years' experience in the Food Manufacturing industry
• Must have experience working on SAP
• Must be computer literate in excel, word and outlook
