Function and Business Unit: Infrastructure Risk Management
Description of the role and purpose of the job: The purpose of this role is to support the personal independence compliance team by assisting with the rollout and follow-up of compliance audits, annual compliance confirmation as well as perform independence compliance audit procedures. The individuals will be required to perform tasks for South Africa as well as other Southern African countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Roll out personal independence compliance audits to all levels (partners and staff) based on the selection agreed with the Independence Senior Manager
- Track and follow up on audit submissions
- Perform audit procedures as agreed with the Independence Senior Manager
- Compile reports of outcomes of compliance audits
- Assist with compilation of independence communications and awareness projects
- Assist with configuration, roll-out, follow-up of annual compliance confirmations
- Address personal independence queries
- Assist the Independence Senior Manager with the breach process
- Assist with the administration of Fulcrum Declarations
- Other related tasks as and when required
