We are looking for self-motivated, resilient individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen financial aptitude. If you have experience in the SME sector (as a: banker,broker, accountant etc.) or in alternate finance, we would like you to join us as an Independent Business Initiator.
Your role as an Independent Business Initiator will be to research, identify and introduce prospective clients to Merchant Factors based on our qualifying criteria. There is no limit to your earning potential.
With offices located in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban we are able to service and assist clients Nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in various Industries including but not limited to manufacturing, packaging, transport and logistics this includes:
Cold calling
Targeting the business-to-business environment where these inquiries may benefit in terms of our financial solutions.
Networking, identifying and referring qualified leads to Merchant Factors.
Collaborate with the internal Merchant Factors team to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum matric and additional qualifications will be an advantage
Experience within the SME environment, banking, financial services, and consulting sectors
Strong financial understanding
Active network within the business environment
Strong people skills
Sales and marketing background
We offer a R10 000 basic covering own expenses viz petrol/cell phone etc. as well as a highly lucrative commission structure with unlimited earning potential.
Tier: Initially a three-month contract with an option to renew based on performance.
