- Drive improvement and operational efficiencies through the development of excel worksheets, programs, and documents.
- Map out existing Technical Sales and Projects processes and procedures.
- Analyze procedures and identify possible improvements.

- Manage and develop the scope of work of external contractors for the development of worksheets and programs
- Liaise with external contractors on the updates and progress of their scope of work
- Identify further operational efficiencies and improvement projects together with your line manager within the Technical Sales Department.
- Assist in the background calculations and programming of our pump sizing program
- Compile user manuals for all programs and provide support to internal users
- Manage and assist with all Technical Sales related inquiries
- Highly proficient in Excel and Visual basics
