What You Will Be Doing
- Lead engaging process evaluation workshops with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure that any new or updated processes are carefully evaluated from a business perspective, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Dive into the world of automated workflow processes, designing and seamlessly integrating solutions that streamline operations.
- Take the lead in designing and implementing both major and minor workflow processes and components, bringing your creative vision to life.
- Test and deliver workflow-based solutions, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive onsite training and documentation support, empowering teams to embrace new processes with confidence.
- Embrace teamwork and collaboration, contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
- Consistently meet expectations and deliverables with a focus on quality and timeliness, driving success.
- Take ownership of creating, implementing, and maintaining workflow processes and other digital stack modules, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

- BEng Industrial Engineering Degree
- Experience in workflow design would be beneficial
