- Knowledgeable in all HR practices, policies and procedures
- Extensive knowledge in Labour Law, Employment Equity, Employment Law, Basic Conditions of Employment, Skills Development, CCMA, Disciplinary procedures
- Relevant experience with dealing with Unions and union negotiations
- Experience in chairing of Disciplinary hearings and procedures
- Understanding of all HR common practices
- Ability to start up new projects and ensure follow through up to the point of completion.
- Organised, trustworthy and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent at managing own time, tasks, workload and people.
