Position: Industrial Relations Officer

Looking for a driven and self motivated mature individual to manage and direct a Operations team in Johannesburg while implementing effective business processes.
Duties: The position involves Managing / working-in the dispatch department and responsible for the efficient and effective loading of delivery vehicles.
Qualifications required:
- - Grade 12
- - Computer literate is a must
- - Ability to work under pressure
- - Ethical behaviour
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring HR department is knowledgeable about union contract compliance.
- CCMA and Bargaining Council attendance for any process post
- dismissal/retrenchment.
- Developing and maintaining labor policies and procedures.
- Handling grievance procedures.
- Managing dispute resolutions involving unions, employee and employer.
- Maintenance of fair employment practices.
- Negotiating collective bargaining deals between union and management.
Relevant experience in: Industrial Relations Officer
How many years’ experience: 6 years within the HR department focusing on industrial relations but at least 10 years of general work experience.
Required start date: ASAP (NEEDED NOW)
