What Youre Getting Yourself Into
As part of the team, youll be the mastermind behind organizing and managing the talented creators recurring content, forging new and innovative partnerships, and collaborating closely with the Social Media Managers to bring fresh initiatives to life.
From improving briefs and scripts, to staying on top of content output, youll have the freedom to create workflows and processes that are efficient and define how the content & partnership team develops.

- You have a strong understanding of what will hook the audience and create engagement on a video
- You have experience creating partnerships with bigger organizations and are familiar with how to reach them
- You possess extensive experience managing an in-house roster of creators, effectively navigating the intricacies of influencers and content creators
- Your negotiation and communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to close successful partnership deals
- You are proficient in overseeing and facilitating the contract process with creators
- Your exceptional organizational abilities shine when managing diverse creators, directors, and shoot logistics, ensuring smooth shoots from model and actor selection to location coordination
- You are self-started with a proactive mindset
- Youre organized and are able to prioritize projects to meet deadlines and multiple requests
- You are a fluent English speaker with good verbal and written communication skills
