As an Informatics Partner, you build trusted collaborative relationships with our stakeholders including but not limited to business functions, healthcare ecosystem parties, Informatics domains and chapters, and external vendors to deliver strategy and solutions aligning with our Roche ambitions. You serve as the strategic interface for business technology and strategy development topics, risk management and relationship management for the ultimate benefit of patients.
What you'll be working on
In this role, you will
- Partner with our stakeholders, including affiliate and regional senior stakeholders, to drive impactful outcomes by leading and co-creating technology-enabled business strategies that align with our local and regional goals & objectives.
- Apply understanding of external technology trends, long term business strategy co-develop opportunities/strategies
- Proactively identify business opportunities to architect, design, prototype and collaborate with business and product leads/owners to deliver continually improved products
- Bring thought leadership to our stakeholders to shape differentiated capabilities and impact for our healthcare ecosystem.
- Lead our stakeholders to synthesize and direct requests to connect-the-dots for our Informatics products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for issue escalation and collaborate with Product lead/owner to deliver expected project/opportunity outcome.
- Participate in squad, chapter and domain meetings/ceremonies and Collaboration-Pods (C-Pods).
- Actively contribute to best practice sharing to advance our collective learning and capability building.
- Continually seeks reuse and promote solutions that address common business opportunities to fulfill business needs .
- Ensure end-to-end IT effectiveness by collaborating with Informatics chapters and domains .
- Enable IT Processes in assigned area of responsibility.
- Manage local solutions and be responsible for local IT budget.
- Years of experience: 2+ in stakeholder management, vision and strategy design/implementation, digitalization.
- Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or Informatics (NQF level 7) or similar.
- Ability to work with leadership and product development teams.
- Pharma and digital experience would be an asset.
- Understanding of the external healthcare ecosystem and ability to collaborate with external ecosystem stakeholders .
- Strong business acumen and foundational knowledge in the assigned partnering area.
- Ability to Role model entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to support the business to make trade-off decisions.
