Map out critical assets and assess controls.
Develop the Information Security strategy and ensure its execution across the business and translate it into tangible IT strategies, initiatives, programmes, and solutions.
Lead and direct all aspects of the IT security function and reporting including the IT strategy and oversight of AECIs technological capability to minimise risks and support organisational sustainability.
Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders and provide expert Information Security advice and useful technical insights to help make the best decisions about executing our technology strategy.
Responsible and accountable to complete new partner and any recurring security assessments from business partners.
Demonstrate end-to-end innovation and technical expertise across the information security portfolio.
Involved in the implementation of new security solutions, participation in the creation and/or maintenance of policies, standards, baselines, and guidelines.
Review and provide input into detailed proposals with thorough plans addressing specific aspects of business operations and the technology required to secure such operations.
Conduct financial and operation applications control reviews, as well as IT general control reviews.
Oversee the tracking and measuring of the success of information security initiatives.
Lead the preparation of IT reporting and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure the preparation of IT and technological reports, IT projections, and analysis to support the market / regional / corporate financial and operational objectives.
Responsible for attending the ISSC, Vulnerability Management Council, and the Policies and Standards committee on behalf of the business.
Provide feedback to business with all changes that could affect business.
