Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both Macbooks and PCs to employees.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for team members, which includes provisioning and de-provisioning of software.
- Manage user accounts and groups in Google Workspace.
- Assist with Mobile Device Management and establish policies related to hardware storage, distribution, and disposition.
- Perform audits on existing subscriptions, users, and administrators to streamline processes and identify cost savings.
- Manage administration and billing for software solutions, including user management.
- Establish data and file management best practices, such as naming conventions for files and folders, and organization of Google Drive.
- Collaborate with the Head of People Ops to develop protocols for onboarding and offboarding, which includes account management and data migration/retention.
- Keep track of technology assets, maintain records of equipment, its age and condition, and support replacement as needed. Also, assist with purchasing new equipment through vendors like the Apple Business Store.
- Ensure that all company websites are fully functional and free of grammatical and spelling errors, and conduct thorough checks to ensure the highest quality.
- Oversee the cleanup and consolidation of Shopify apps across all brand websites.
- Provide cybersecurity and data protection training to employees and contractors.
- Proficiency in working with Google Workspace is a must since the company is a Google Workspace user.
- Experience in security and compliance (SOC-2).
- Knowledge of Workspace One.
- Experience with data migration, especially within and between Google Workspace accounts.
- Familiarity with Shopify, 1Password, Adobe, and MS Office.
