Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

You will be responsible for collaboration and partnership development in the field of recruitment services, your primary focus will be to identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with external companies to address the evolving service needs of our clients. While you are not a recruiter, your role is pivotal in shaping our services to deliver the best recruitment solutions.
Mission Description:
- Identify and Evaluate Partnerships:
- Research and identify potential partner companies in the recruitment and HR industry.
- Assess the strategic fit and value proposition of potential partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Partnership Development:
- Initiate and negotiate partnership agreements and contracts in the realm of recruitment services.
- Foster strong and mutually beneficial relationships with partner organizations.
- Develop and manage partner programs, initiatives, and joint ventures focused on recruitment.
- Market Analysis and Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape in recruitment.
- Analyze data and research to make informed decisions about potential collaborations within the recruitment sector.
- Client Needs Assessment:
- Engage with clients to understand their evolving recruitment and talent acquisition requirements.
- Translate client feedback into partnership opportunities and product/service enhancements related to recruitment.
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and HR industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Project management experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
