Information Technology Solutions Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to fill the role of IT Solutions Architect. This position combines the responsibilities of a Systems Engineer, IT Architect, and Industrial Engineer to optimise our organisation's technology infrastructure, processes, and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set encompassing technical expertise, architectural design proficiency, and process optimisation experience.

Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain IT software.
Perform system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and scalability of IT systems and software.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Develop and implement comprehensive IT architecture solutions that align with business objectives and support strategic initiatives.
Analyse business requirements and technology trends to design scalable, secure, and resilient IT architectures.
Evaluate technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
Analyse organisational workflows, processes, and operational procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise efficiency, productivity, and resource utilisation across various departments and functions.
Utilise data analysis, statistical modelling, and process optimization techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience 3 years in relevant role
Strong technical proficiency in networking, operating systems, virtualisation, and cloud computing technologies.
Expertise in architectural design principles, enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), and solution architecture methodologies.
Experience with process optimisation, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
