IT Monitoring Specialist

• Design, develop, and implement CI/CD automation solutions.
• Cloud environment and application configuration using scripting tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Proficiency in development software and tools such as Java, Apache WebServer, IIS, SQL.
• Experience with operating systems like Microsoft Windows, Linux, and containerized environments like Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Application Performance Monitoring tools, especially Dynatrace.
• Ability to train teams on the usage of Dynatrace.
• Cloud experience and working with cloud deployments AWS, Azure.
• GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Expert level knowledge and experience with Dynatrace AppMon, Managed, and SaaS.

Advantageous Skills

• CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Knowledge of development tools and standards.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with the Agile Methodology.

Qualifications/Experience

• IT Degree or Equivalent years of experience.
• Expert level knowledge and experience with Dynatrace AppMon, Managed, and SaaS.
• Development tools and standards.
• Kubernetes and other container orchestrations.
• Knowledge and experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
