A company in the Automotive industry is looking for an IT Support. As an IT Support technician, you will respond to all assigned Helpdesk tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking. You will meet set SLAs based on call categories and classifications. You will be responsible for guiding users and orienting them on all IT systems, systems usage, and IT processes. You will perform Systems Administration and Maintenance as assigned by the ICT Service Delivery Manager External. You must possess the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex problems, and then propose.

Requirements- Bachelors degree in information technology
- Certificate for ITIL Foundation
- Minimum 3 years experience in an IT Support technician role
- Minimum 2 years experience with Windows OS environments
- Knowledge of Physical IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of the use of MS Desktop Operating Systems.
