- Installation of PC hardware and software
- Repair desktops and laptops
- Check and maintain computer hardware and peripherals
- Install, configure and manage software and their functions according to specifications
- Maintain local networks
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Make-up of RJ-45 Cables
- Dealing with support calls timeously
- To ensure all HSE rules & procedures are followed, and hazards/near miss and accidents are properly reported.
- To raise any work-safety hazard when participating in HSE meetings or Risk Assessment.
- Any other reasonable task that may be required by management.
- Grade 12
- Certificate or Diploma as an IT Technician (A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA, etc)
- Minimum 2 years
- Previous working experience as IT Technician
