Our client is looking for a IT Technician/Engineer. Candidates must be able to start immediately We are looking for an experienced IT Technician/Engineer to maintain our company's IT infrastructure and ensure optimal performance of computer systems. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in hardware and software, experience maintaining server systems, and a proven record of successful problem solving. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify issues
- Investigate problems raised by users
- Troubleshoot server-related issues such as authentication, disk space, and performance
- Create and document technical procedures and protocols
- Manage active directory, DNS, and DHCP administration
- Provide technical support to end users
- Ensuring the security of data and networks
- Respond to user queries quickly and efficiently
- Adhere to company policies and best practices.
