The key responsibilities of the position are as follows, but not limited to:
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot production floor applications.
- Basic knowledge of Operating Systems Win 10 &11, MS Server 2016 & 2019 and Linux.
- Good knowledge of the Server Virtualisation Technologies (VMware).
- Knowledge of basic principles of the LAN and WAN networks.
- Good understanding and knowledge of printers.
- Customizing of new and existing customer profiles, setups and systems.
- Setting up of layout, hardware, procedure & process to run the new/modified profiles.
- Testing of new and modified profiles.
- Need to qualifying products before production produce it.
- Train Operations on all new and modified profiles/procedure/setups/systems.
- Documentation to be up to date on all qualified profiles, setups and systems.
- Monitor and Improve procedure and process.
- Machine setups; maintain, change and improve for optimal production performance.
- Compile customer return files.
- Standard Audits (PCI/CQM/ISO/etc.): Related tasks needs to be performed to maintain accreditations.
- Data & Reports; assisting Operation with related requests.
- Provide technical product support to sales and project team for customer concerns.
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years or more professional market related experience in similar role.
- Computer Literacy - MS Office (Essential - light programming).
