INGOT Brokers has physical offices and operation hubs and/or consultants in Pakistan, UAE, Australia, Jordan, Saint Vincent, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, Kenya, Seychelles, and Qatar. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking events.

  • Understand and communicate the benefits of our forex trading platform and services to potential clients.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

  • Assist clients in the account opening and onboarding process.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Contribute to a positive team culture and work collaboratively with colleagues.
Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Economics

  • Up to 2 years of experience in sales in the industry of financial brokerage

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills

  • Basic Knowledge of the financial markets industry
