Requirements

Requirements for this Talent Acquisition Consultant (Payments & FinTech) job in Cape Town:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience focussing on a specific continent ideally Europe/UK, Africa, Asia, etc.
• Must have international recruitment experience
• Deep understanding of Southern Africa & the African continent at large
• Ideally must have extensive experience in recruiting for Payments and FinTech
• Inherent ability to listen, understand & action tasks under your own steam
• Impeccable English language skills knowledge of French, Portuguese, or Swahili is desirable
• Knowledge of gaming or sports will be highly advantageous
