Key Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Work to daily / weekly targets, to achieve required
- Making outbound business to business calls
- Booking meetings and demonstrations for the account manager
- Sourcing leads from the internet and email campaigns
- Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients
- Planning targets and assisting with proposal writing
- Responding to Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Assisting sales executives to achieve their sales targets with all aspects of sales process
- Assisting with marketing activities
- Sales planning activities
- Preparing sales pitches
- Maintaining and updating customer database
- Associated admin duties for quality assurance and providing feedback/tools to improve performance
Basic Requirements
- 1+ years direct experience as an Inside Sales Agent in a call centre environment
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Accurate data inputting skills
- Excellent time management skills

- Experience within the hospitality industry
Technical Knowledge
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and/or MAC software applications is preferable
- Computer literacy in order to operate multiple customer related information systems e.g. experience in Salesforce is highly advantageous
- Ability to generate actionable, insightful, proactive content gathered from understanding internal and client’s challenges
