We are currently seeking candidates from South Africa for a remote Inside Sales Representative position, requiring a dependable and high-speed internet connection.

Job Description

We are seeking candidates for a US engineering and design company who can confidently initiate outbound calls to generate leads. You will be responsible for sourcing new leads to call with provided software such as Sales Navigator as well as contacting leads provided by the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying and researching prospective companies that could benefit from our solutions and services.
  • Mastering tech platforms and CRM systems such as LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Outlook, and Office 365.
  • Contacting prospective companies via outbound cold calls and electronic communication to introduce and generate interest.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Documenting prospect, qualified lead, and customer information within our internal database.
  • Conducting pre and post-marketing campaign calls.
  • Collaborating with Outside Sales Representatives to build the lead pipeline.
  • Meeting set goals, such as required outbound calls and qualified leads per day, week, and month.
  • Making suggestions on how to improve outreach efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science.
  • Ability to learn a diverse range of simulation software products within 30 days, demonstrated by experience in learning a technical product.
  • Self-starting, fast learner, motivated, and eager to succeed.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to prospect, build relationships, and generate leads.
  • Strong phone presence and experience making 40+ calls per day.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet targets.
  • Creative and tenacious.
