Das erwartet Sie

• Cultivate relationships: Contact with customers in South Africa in inside sales, customer support by phone and email, processing of customer complaints, finding solutions for special customer requests
• Conquering markets: Close cooperation with international sales colleagues and outside sales e.g. travelling within the region, maintaining contact to a growing customer base, attending trade shows and monitoring sales targets of the regions
• Optimal organization: Processing of sample orders, preparing quotations in the ERP system; checking prices, lead times, projects, delivery and invoice addresses, quantities, commissions and goods availability and creating invoices
• Set focus: Monitoring shipments and solving logistics questions, dealing with customs office for import questions
• Optimize output: Updating forecasts in the system, cooperation with production planning, product management, and warehouse.
• Data Management: Entering new leads into the system; updating and maintaining customer data, entering sample orders into the system.

Das bringen Sie mit

• Basics: Understanding of complex contexts and prioritization of various tasks like office management, weekly planning, etc.
• Knowledge: Experience in a Multinational Company (Consolidation, IFRS, Group Structure) and knowledge with IT Systems especially SAP-FI, MS Office
• Passion: You have an excellent feel for customer requirements and sales opportunities. You see growth as a motivating factor
• Communication: Good communication skills required, a good command in English is a must
• Strengths: You are a reliable team player and have a structured and accurate way of working
