Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry.
- A - Grade Registered (Updated)
- Driver's License
- Reside in the areas of Strand, Somerset West, Macassar or Stellenbosch.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees of all levels.
- Posses high-level understanding of the daily operations within the security sector.

- Conduct Regular Site Inspections
- Perform routine and ad-hoc inspections of security personnel and client sites to ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure Compliance and Standards
- Monitor and enforce adherence to uniform, grooming, equipment, and post order requirements among security officers.
- Supervise and Support Security Personnel
- Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to security officers to enhance their performance and resolve any operational challenges they face.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction with security services.
- Incident Management and Reporting
- Respond promptly to incidents, investigate the circumstances, document findings, and submit detailed reports to management and clients as required.
- Conduct Risk Assessments
- Evaluate client sites for potential security risks or vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Monitor Security Operations
- Oversee the daily activities of security officers, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any performance or staffing issues.
- Maintain Records and Reports
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and compliance checks, ensuring timely submission to the operations manager or other relevant departments.
- Support Operational Efficiency
- Assist in the coordination of shift schedules, manpower allocation, and deployment plans to ensure optimal coverage at all client sites.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance
- Verify that all security personnel are compliant with industry regulations (e.g., PSIRA certification) and company training requirements.
- Transportation of Personnel, Equipment, and Documents
- Transport security personnel to and from client sites as required.
- Deliver essential equipment, uniforms, and documents to and from sites in a timely and secure manner.
