Job Description
- Installation and/or repairs of SVR units
- Installation and/or repairs of fleet units
- Ensure optimal number of fitments per day
- Correct usage and updates on Moitech device
- Effective resolution of technical and client queries and escalate as required
- Providing relevant feedback and resolutions to all relevant parties in specified time lines
- Deliver professional interaction at all times and adhere to relevant SOP, SLA's
- Comply to SOP, SLA's, Policies and Procedures at all times
- Adhere to specific installation/repair TIG (technical installation guide) and product TIGs
- Meet relevant quality standards at all times
National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
