In-Home Sales
Overview:
Are you self-driven sales professional? Are you looking to be part of an expanding sales team? We are seeking a quality outside sales factory representative for the in-home sales division.
If you are the ideal candidate, you are self-directed, self-motivated, and have a strong understanding of closing techniques and the sales process. We are looking for someone to maintain professional contact with prospective customers to build a self-generating business in addition to receiving leads from the inside sales team.
At Neshinna, we believe we can unleash latent demand for our products by making our customer’s experience with our doors easy, fast and simple—from product selection through installation—and radically change the building products space. We are a door manufacturer, not a dealer, distributor or re-seller, and by leveraging technology enabled, unique and differentiated products we have a great opportunity for the right sales professional.

The Business Development Manager (outside sales role) will call on residential homeowner leads and prospects. This key role will drive sales volume, and develop new clientele and sales channel opportunities throughout assigned sales territory.
Requirements
Previous experience in a door-to-door selling environment
Demonstrated ability to sell premium products in a direct-to-consumer role
Sets up and maintains client displays and merchandising samples
Emphasizes new product promotion during sales calls and onsite visits/meetings
Coordinate with inside sales and installation teams to maximize client touches (face to face interactions, appointments, etc.)
Learn and become an expert with our full product offering and technology platforms
Ability to track and report on daily field activity and outcomes
Flexible work schedule availability; able to work evenings and weekends and travel frequently throughout the sales territory
Engaging communication skills to build relationships with prospective customers
Adheres to all regulatory guidelines and company policy as it relates to safety and our guiding principles
Qualifications:
1-3 years of professional sales experience preferred but not necessary
Matric or equivalent (N4)
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
Works independently yet cooperatively with the company and team's goals and directives
Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
This is a 6 month contract position with potential to go longer.
