Insurance Business Analyst
Education:FAIS accredited through FSP - min 60 credits
Must have experience in designing, re-engineering, implementation and managing business processes and systems or other relevant experience.
Overall: Setting up specifications for all aspects of a new product on all 3 systems (i-Edge, QE2, WMS) in the format that each system requires.
Changes to existing Products:
Overall: Setting up specifications for changes to products on existing systems and ensuring that the change is implemented, tested and signed off across i-Edge, QE2 and WMS according to the change control defined for each system.
Help-desk for i-Call Sales: Overall: Assisting with queries from the sales and service centers where XML string appears to be faulty.
Compliance Support:
Overall: Review processes on all three systems and identify possible compliance issues. Correct faulty documents in the required format for each system and ensuring documents are updated across all systems.
