The successful candidate will be part of the Financial Services Support team.

The Position Will Involve

- Find ways to effectively collaborate with teams within the group and partners. As well as any other IDM Support teams e.g. IT, Brand, projects etc
- Work with Business to spec out future development ideas, and to work closely with Project team to allocate cost and timeline against development, and to translate Business requirements, while supporting execution in the Project / IT / Digital area.
- Work with Business to define and articulate future enhancements to existing tools or creation of new tools.
- Work with Project team to translate Business requirements, while agreeing on timelines and costs involved, while supporting execution in the Project / IT / Digital area.
- Work with Support teams when issues need to be escalated and oversee until resolved.
- Work with IDM Protect and its Partners to streamline leads to client funnels and processes.
- Work with IDM Protect and its Partners to discover new ways of generating leads.
- Be responsible for a subset of testing, training and reporting analysis

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define test cases and scenarios that reflect user workflows and use cases.

- Develop and implement robust system testing strategies to identify and address any defects in the software or hardware components.
- Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless functionality across different system modules and interfaces.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues.
- Process Testing
- Evaluate and validate business processes to ensure they align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Create and execute test plans for business process testing to identify and rectify any deviations or inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand and document business process requirements
- Product testing
- Conduct thorough product testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Develop and execute test plans for new features and enhancements, ensuring they align with product specifications.
